Scholarship Application

Important Information

The generosity of our donors have made these scholarships available to you.  Through the establishment of their scholarship fund, they are guaranteeing students will receive scholarship in perpetuity.  In helping you prepare for your finances, below is an estimated award key.  Be advised, small fluctuations may occur with award amounts.

Scholarship Award Range Key:

$100-$499 = $
$500-$999 = $$
$1000 and over =$$$

To help the ease and expense of applying for scholarships:

1. Scholarships do not have to be in individual envelopes.

2. You do not have to mail the scholarships to the office. We gladly accept applications which are walked in.

3. Recommendations are not required to be in sealed envelope. *Please note* Some are more comfortable sealing and/or have always sealed recommendations and we will accept those as well.

IMPORTANT:  The Henry County Community Foundation will not send checks to the college choice until a thank you has been received at the foundation, addressed to the individual as listed above.  The foundation will mail the thank you note/card to the appropriate individual.
