Community Grants

Competitive grants are made from the Choose Henry Flex Fund for charitable organizations serving Henry County.

TASC (Teens About Serving the County) Youth Grants

The TASC Committee evaluates grant submissions relating to youth and educational programs.
Timeline: October-May

WOMEN’S CIRCLE OF FRIENDS GRANTS

Combined donations from women provide impactful grants to Henry County 501(c)3 organizations.
Timeline:  Summer

Harold E. and Imogene L. Caine Memorial Fund Grants

Grant funds benefit children 5 years old and under during the holidays.

The Roger and Barbara Ward Education Award

This award was created in memory of Roger and Barbara Ward and is for the teachers within the South Henry School Corporation.

Teacher Excellence Award

Nominations from parents, co-workers, and administration are reviewed and one teacher is recognized as a teacher of excellence.

Jean Bond Hough Foreign Exchange Student Endowment Fund

The Jean Bond Hough Foreign Exchange Student Endowment was established from money willed by Jean Bond Hough for the purpose of supporting foreign exchange programs (incoming and outgoing) at New Castle High School, New Castle, Indiana.
