Jerilyn Sue Geozeff-Vonnahme, a resident of Flower Mound, Texas, was born in Warsaw, Indiana on March 15, 1962 to Don and Betty Geozeff. She went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2016. She lost her short-term battle with a cancer, Glioblastoma. Jerilyn graduated from New Castle Chrysler High School in 1980. She went on to a career in the restaurant industry including owning her own business in Las Colinas, Texas. She was presently employed by Darden Restaurants as an Olive Garden manager.
She loved creating and preparing her own food recipes, working with people and spending time with her family. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks fan.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Fritz, her parents, brother Grant Geozeff (Irving, Texas), and Jeffrey (wife, Tara) Geozeff, nephews Gregor, Reece, and Jackson Geozeff of Nokesville, Virginia and Gabriel and Sebastian Chavez of Irving, Texas. Also a special aunt, Linda Rooda (Hobart, Indiana, cousins Johnny (wife, Vickie) Rooda and David (fiancée, Heather) Rooda.
She was proceeded in death by her brother, Gregor Ross Geozeff, grandparents, and an Uncle John Rooda.
Services will be held at the Flower Mound United Methodist Church on Monday, May 23 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 P. M. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Texas. A memorial service will be held on a later date at the First United Methodist Church in New Castle, Indiana, with arrangements handled by Macer-Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Services. In lieu of flowers the family requests any contributions be made to the Gregor Geozeff Scholarship Fund in care of the Henry County Community Foundation in New Castle, Indiana.
