Rosemary Hurst died February 8, 2019 at Glen Oaks Health Campus. She was born in Rushville, IN on April 3, 1939 to the late Bernard and Florine Hurst. She was a lifelong educator, serving Warren Township Schools, Indianapolis, IN. Yorktown Community Schools, Miami University in Miami, OH and Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Family and friends remember Rosemary’s quick wit, appreciation for art in its many forms, love of nature and commitment to helping others. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Joe Hurst. She is survived by her sisters, Sarah Jeanne Hurst of Franklin, IN and Marge Cox (husband Jerry) of Bonita Springs, FL. She will also be missed by her nieces, Robin Hurst and Michelle Cox and her nephews Robert Hurst, John Hurst, and Greg Cox. A private graveside celebration of life will be held this summer in Moscow, IN.
